Kim is a Founding Partner and Chief Talent Development Officer for Leadership Partners. She is a Board Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Coaching Federation (CCF) Accredited Coach, and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC Accredited Coach. She is a lifelong educator, and her passion for education is a major part of her story. Her parents, siblings, and husband were educators, and now her three children are educators too. Kim had the rare opportunity to design a high school from the ground up with cutting edge systems, processes, and curriculum. She emerged from this experience as a social action/service-learning expert, where she became a national leader and an international consultant in that arena. After serving 30 years in public education, involving school reform, redesign and start ups, Kim came to Rice University as the Associate Director of Rice Education Entrepreneurship Program, where she assisted school leaders for seven years with a focus on leadership and talent development. Kim’s many years of experience and investment in education have allowed her to discover new ideas, lessons, and insight, which she reveals to others through her presentations and coaching. Her unique style and coaching help leaders to transform themselves in profound and positive ways.
Dusty is a longtime educator. As a high school math teacher with 31 years in the classroom, Dusty understands the needs and challenges educators face. Her hard work and dedication to students and their learning was a hallmark of Dusty’s career. After retiring, Dusty set her sights on helping a new group of students, educators. She graduated from ACE Coaching Academy and has been a coach for Leadership Partners for several years. She is a Board Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Coaching Federation (CCF) Accredited Coach, and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC Accredited Coach. Dusty’s passion and desire to help her coaching clients to live their best lives is her mission. For Dusty, it is both a great honor and privilege to work with educational leaders. Dusty has been married to the love of her life Doug for 45 years. Her two grown children have blessed her with 5 grandchildren.
Tammy Shirley is a certified and long-time leadership coach with Leadership Partners, working with educators to identify and develop life goals to help them become their best in all aspects of their lives. Her years of experience as a high school educator and as a collegiate dual program director, make her familiar with the fluid and varied demands placed on leaders in today’s schools. She was the director of Allied Health and Prison Education at Western Texas College for over 17 years, where she was a paramedic instructor and course coordinator for EMS, as well as the college liaison for college education at three Texas Department of Corrections Facilities. She is a Board Certified Executive Coach, and a Certified Coaching Federation (CCF) Accredited Coach. Tammy is an excellent coach, providing leaders with the tools to change the behaviors they are motivated to change. Tammy has been married to her husband John for 45 years and has 2 grown sons and a wonderful daughter-in-law, but her joy is her 3 grandchildren Beth, Sarah, and John.
Genny Coyne is an International Coaching Federation certified coach with a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) passionate about supporting leaders. She has spent over 25 years in leadership roles and supporting leaders in for-profit and non-profit organizations. Her degree in Business and many years of experience in various Human Resource roles (Leadership Development, Team Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Curriculum Design, HR Generalist, and Change Management) have led her to develop skills that support leaders in a way that brings out the best in them so that they can live a life with clarity, focus, ease, and grace. Genny is a continuous learner. She is a certified trainer in numerous leadership development courses that strengthen her ability to support leaders with tools that increase their effectiveness at achieving desired results. Genny lives in Michigan and balances her passion for coaching with enjoying freshwater lakes, camping, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Sharon Lee is an educational consultant with Leadership Partners, providing a safe, professional growth space for school leaders. With over 40 years in education, her experience encompasses serving as Principal in Humble and Conroe ISDs, adjunct professor and field supervisor for Lone Star College, TEA consultant, and teacher in Deer Park, Humble, and Pasadena ISDs. She attributes her overwhelming success in education to her abilities to lead by example, provide heartfelt/reflective listening, and inspire others in discovering their true potential which manifests in creative, meaningful work. Sharon has a passion for leveling the playing field for both adults and children; the majority of her public school career was in school-wide Title 1 campuses. Her rich experience in these settings led to the founding of Seeds of Hope in 2016, a nonprofit scholarship program provided to high school graduates from low-income campuses that might otherwise not have the opportunity to attend college. She is the proud wife of Tommy, with whom she shares two boys, Zach & Jake and six beautiful grandchildren! When she’s not spending time with family, you can find her reading, gardening, or at the gym. And, if she’s vacationing, Sharon will be amidst the San Juan mountains in Telluride, her favorite place on the planet.
Sheila Henry is an ACC International Certified Coach with Leadership Partners, who believes that true leaders have a servant’s heart. She is a solution focused, equity centered educator who contributes her expertise toward supporting leaders to maximize their personal and professional potential. Sheila spent over 18 years as a building principal in both Florida and Texas. She spent 4 years as Executive Director coaching, mentoring, supervising, and evaluating principals. She understands the demands that are placed on today’s leaders. Sheila is an awesome coach, providing leaders with the necessary tools for their toolkits. She is excited about inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves. Sheila has been married to her husband Floyd for 26 years and they have 4 adult children and a new addition to the family, 6-month-old Xaria Nicole, who lights up the Henry household with her infectious smile and quirky moves.
